  • Enabler Export – build folders and automatically export all JPG, EMS and PDF files for easy access by the Enabler Upload process.
  • Appointment Inspection Date – set appointment inspection dates at file creation in the central office or by the appraiser assigned to the file. View daily itinerary reports to determine your appraisers' locations for the current day.
  • Photo Uploader (Web) – upload all JPG files and seamlessly create high quality photo sheets in PDF format from the Web.
  • EMS Assignment Download - download EMS assignments exported from SurePoint seamlessly from the Web.
  • EMS Data Export & EMS File Upload - using the SurePoint Web interface, extract EMS data directly into the SurePoint database and upload EMS files directly to Central Office to be available for enabler upload.
  • PDF Document Merge – merge any number of PDF documents from within SurePoint. Arrange their order and email all while creating the merged document.
  • PDF Email – conveniently email a PDF document directly from SurePoint.
  • PDF Auto Create - add a PDF of the invoice and closing reports to SurePoint with a click of a button.
  • ICE – control your appraisers' file statuses due to the company with the ability to turn off the new assignment Inbox when statuses are not completed within the preset number of days.
  • Payroll Adjustment – easily correct or make adjustments to payroll errors.
  • Billing Override – enable flexible billing by simply overriding the flat billing fees configured in SurePoint.
  • Payroll Report - provide each appraiser with the ability to run their detailed Payroll Report based on date range from the Web.
  • Client Inquiry – allows your client companies to securely access their files to view file activity and request a status in real time.
