Appraiser Work Center - Increasing the Efficiency for Field Personnel
SurePoint gives the individual appraiser an organized environment for managing his or her workload. The appraiser
has the choice of using the simple Microsoft Windows based tabbed interface or the new
Internet Explorer Interface. Each offers complete access to the information you need to stay on
top of your assignments.
New assignments for initial appraisals and supplements are immediately visible when you log into the system for review and
acceptance. Messages regarding assignments are delivered to one central location to notify everyone of issues, delays or other details.
System generated messages are sent to the appraiser's inbox to flag when an assignment has exceeded critical time sensitive
business rules.
Key features include:
- Access an extensive contact management database for client / insurer information, repair, tow,
and salvage facilities, and alternative parts suppliers to increase efficiency and reduce redundant data entry.
- Receive automatic notification of new assignments for acceptance via a New Assignment Inbox.
- View individual assignment pending to understand what work still needs to be completed.
- Create a complete appraisal report, including findings and photo sheets in PDF format to
provide your clients a total picture of the incident.
- Enable easy access to appraisals and photographs through integrated PDF
files.
- Manage and reply to messages in your personal message inbox regarding specific assignments.
Messages sent are automatically entered into the Activity Log.
- Follow all activity in chronological order through the Activity Log.
- Stay on top of your assignments with system generated messages to ensure status memos are
sent to the client. System generated activity messages significantly reduces
user input.
- Enter additional file documentation as PDF attachments to the file by
utilizing the Add Attachments utility.
- Scan documents and add additional PDF
files
to the document detail section of the assignment for documentation purposes
using the "Add Attachment" feature.
- Generate Photo Sheets with the integrated photo sheet utility that automatically retrieves
header information from the database to identify each photo sheet without having to manually
type owner's name, claim number, file number, vehicle etc.
